In order to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour period will not be accepted.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can simply send it back for a refund!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product(s), please contact us through our "Contact Us" page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to provide you with the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Wholesale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

If you would like to exchange the item(s) you received, you will need to send them back to us at our return address. Once we receive them, then we will ship the new items you would like to exchange for.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as well as covering any required customs and duties fees.

If a return package arrives to EZABAY with unpaid shipping fees or unpaid customs fees, the fee will be deducted from the overall return amount given back to the customer. EZABAY is not responsible for paying any return shipping fees or customs fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
